Got Hoops?

Okay so I was checking otu some blog posts of a friend, I am so far behind on reading blogs, it is awful... Anyway I came across a great post on my friend Sarah's blog about a new exercise she is hooked on, called hooping. It is like hula hooping for adults but there is more to it. Instead of trying to explian it and getting it all wrong I will link you to her blog so you can see what it is all about since she has video of her hooping.
